WHAT TO EXPECT
When you visit Christ Presbyterian Church, expect a warm welcome. We begin Sunday morning with Sunday School for all ages at 9:15. The morning starts with Celebration Circle: a time for us to welcome each other, share prayers and celebrations, and meet before breaking into smaller study groups. At 10:30 we meet in the sanctuary for our worship service, which is a blend of traditional worship structure with modern elements. Expect a hug or a handshake. Expect a message rooted in the history of the Bible and applied to our modern life. Expect a call to action for how we can take action on our call to be in service to one another.
If you are a first-time visitor, expect a loaf of fresh-baked bread to arrive at your door, if you provide your address. It's our way of saying thank you for taking time to join us for worship, and welcoming you to our family.
On a Wednesday Night, expect a home-cooked meal, the laughter and chatter of children angling for a second helping of dessert, smiles and nods from friends who share your meal, and a thought-provoking and creative exploration of God's word. One Wednesday each month, we bag groceries for the residents at Westminster Gardens. Join us at any time!
