Wednesday evening schedule for serving:
- At least 2 weeks in advance, the ministry chair should contact
ministry members to remind them that the team needs to bring
dessert and salad for 60 people (unless it is Chinese night, in which
case the ministry team only brings dessert),
- have a few people to help serve (be at the church at 5:45 P.M.),
- dinner is delivered by about 6:00,
- dinner is served at 6:15,
- a couple of people to clean up (wash plates, utensils, wipe
counters, wash trays, etc.--Should be done by 7:30p.m.), and
- one person to count the money and put it in the church office box in the
Westminster room.
